BridgePass collects the minimum data needed to provide the service: your email address, product descriptions you classify, and the results returned.
We do not sell your data. Product descriptions are stored to power your classification history and to help us improve the service.
Your product descriptions are not used to train AI models. Classification runs on the Anthropic API, whose commercial terms prohibit training on customer inputs. Commodity codes and duty rates come from the public HMRC Trade Tariff API.
Our subprocessors: Supabase (database and authentication), Anthropic (AI classification), and Vercel (hosting). For the anonymous landing-page classifier we store a salted hash of your IP address for daily rate limiting — never the address itself.
